👤 About Uncle Ke

15+ years in tech and recruiting, with a long-term focus on:

  • Talent & relationship networks
  • Knowledge management & productivity systems
  • Data assets & long-term compounding

Lifein is the result of systematizing these experiences.

1 Origin Story

Since 2003, when I first encountered a productivity tool, I’ve tried over 20 software applications and even built my own wiki system.

But no matter what I tried, information remained chaotic, plans fell apart, and knowledge stayed fragmented.

Until I met Obsidian.

Over the past 3.8 years, I’ve built a complete “Productivity × Life Management System” on top of it — Lifein. It has not only solved my problems with information, knowledge, projects, tasks, and relationship management, but has also gradually put me on the path of self-mastery.

2 What is Lifein?

Lifein is a “Personal Productivity × Life Management System” built on Obsidian. The name means “living at the core of life, integrated into your life system” — symbolizing “Living In It.”

Lifein is not just a functional “Productivity OS” for projects, tasks, and knowledge management. It is designed to become a “Life OS” that grows with me over the long term.

Tools are not just external aids; they are an organic part of one’s lifestyle.

Lifein is for those who:

  • Want to systematically improve efficiency and thinking ability
  • Pursue long-term growth and continuous improvement
  • Want to build their own knowledge system and life navigation framework
  • Are interested in Obsidian but don’t know where to start

Lifein’s slogan is: Live in, Level Up!

  • Live in — Create an immersive experience
  • Level up — Empower yourself to iterate and grow

3 Lifein Suite (Modular System)

Building on Lifein, I have gradually developed a modular solution — Lifein Suite.

With Lifein OS as its foundation, it deeply integrates structured data, relationship networks, and knowledge management concepts. For different scenarios, modules such as ATS (recruiting), CRM (customer management), Networks (relationship management), and PKM (knowledge management) have emerged.

Differentiating Value:

  • Connected & Interoperable: Say goodbye to fragmented tools. Connect structured data across scenarios.
  • Long-term Compounding: All inputs are not mere records but “digital assets” that accumulate and increase in value over time.

It is not just a toolset, but an actionable and evolving structured management methodology.

3.1 Lifein ATS

During my recruiting work, I found many peers struggle with messy information management — clients, jobs, candidates, interview records… all scattered and hard to track.

So during the 2026 Spring Festival, I completed a vertical application for recruiting scenarios — Lifein ATS .

Built on the Lifein life management framework, it deeply integrates traditional recruiting processes with knowledge management concepts. Using bi-directional links, dynamic queries, automated templates, and data visualization, it breaks down information silos, helping recruiters and hiring HR professionals compound their candidate assets and relationship networks over time.

Core Features of Lifein ATS:

  • 5 Core Modules + 3 Support Modules + 1 Central Dashboard: Covers end-to-end management of companies, jobs, candidates, processes, interviews, etc.
  • Highly Modular & Customizable: Adapts to different recruiting scenarios, allowing recruiters and HR to flexibly adjust workflows.
  • Knowledge-Driven Management: All information serves not only immediate operations but also long-term accumulation, forming a compoundable talent asset library.

The goal of Lifein ATS is:

Transform recruiting data into compoundable talent assets.

3.2 Lifein X (Coming Soon)

More scenario-based solutions are on the way. Stay tuned!

4 Everyone Deserves Their Own Life System

What I’ve realized most over the past three years is:

It’s not a single insight or tool that truly changes your life — it’s a system.

I’ve written about my 20+ year journey exploring knowledge management systems, why I chose Obsidian, and its impact on me:

My intention isn’t just to “share a tool” — it’s to share a belief:

Everyone deserves to have their own life system.
